Ordering & Payment

There is no purchase or quantity minimum for products. Orders can be made by email or phone and payment will be taken via Square invoice or pre-paid check. Payment will be processed when the product ships. A 5% late fee will be applied each month a payment is overdue. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

Shipping

Typical lead time for products is 7-10 business days. Customer is responsible for shipping costs — standard rates apply. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. I will ship by UPS or FedEx upon request. Rush shipment is available; applicable fees will be applied to your invoice.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations or changes should be made within 48hrs of initial order. Returns are accepted for any damaged items. Please notify me within 5 business days of delivery and I will send a return shipping label and replacement product. Returned products should be unused and in their original packaging.
